Zeal Automotive is a rapidly growing automotive repair and performance shop specializing in maintenance, diagnostics, alignments, performance upgrades, and LS/LT platform builds. We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who enjoys helping customers, communicating clearly, and being part of a team-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide an outstanding service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Build estimates and present repair recommendations
- Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle status and repairs
- Follow up with customers throughout the repair process
- Schedule appointments and manage workflow
- Review and explain digital vehicle inspections
- Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Assist in keeping repair orders accurate and organized
- Help ensure vehicles are delivered on time and customers leave satisfied
QualificationsRequired
- Previous Service Advisor experience (independent shop or dealership)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to explain vehicle repairs in a way customers can understand
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Honest, professional, and customer-focused
- Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of repair processes
Preferred
- Experience using Tekmetric
- Experience working in an independent automotive repair shop
- Knowledge of performance vehicles and aftermarket upgrades
- Familiarity with LS/LT platforms and engine performance modifications
