Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Manual Screen Printer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial screen printing on a variety of small and large parts, on flat and textured surfaces. This role involves preparing and executing screen printing processes, ensuring color accuracy, and maintaining equipment to deliver exceptional print results. We are seeking only experience candidates that have done industrial and avionic parts.
Duties
- Set up and operate manual screen printing equipment to produce custom designs on various metal surfaces.
- Prepare screens, inks, and other materials required for printing projects.
- Inspect printed products for quality, clarity, and color accuracy, making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning screens and equipment after each use.
- Keep detailed records of print runs, inks used, and process adjustments for quality control purposes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in manual screen printing or related printmaking techniques on many types of substrates.
- Ability to setup table and or workstations for different sizing of products.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail while adhering to production deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
