Reporting to the Maintenance Director, the Maintenance Supervisor / Trainer supervises and works with employees engaged in the inspection, repair, maintenance, and servicing of vehicles, facilities, equipment, and related systems. This position provides day-to-day leadership for maintenance personnel while also serving as a hands-on trainer responsible for onboarding new technicians, reinforcing company standards, improving technical skills, and supporting consistent maintenance practices across the department.
The Maintenance Supervisor / Trainer helps ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and department procedures.
