WholeHealth Concierge | Private-Pay | High-Acuity In-Home Care
WholeHealth Concierge is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our growing concierge clinical team.
We provide high-touch, medically advanced in-home care to complex private-pay clients throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. Our model focuses on proactive oversight, post-hospital stabilization, oncology support, advanced medication management, and preventing avoidable hospitalizations.
This is not traditional home health. Our nurses operate autonomously, collaborate directly with concierge physicians, and bring ICU-level vigilance into the home setting.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years RN experience
- ICU, ED, or high-acuity background preferred
- Skilled in IV therapy, ports, and complex medication management
- Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making
- Professional, discreet, and confident communicator
