Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and monitor vital signs
Support resident care plans and clinical documentation
Lead and guide CNA staff
Promote resident safety and comfort
Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary team
Valid Wisconsin LPN or RN (in good standing)
Compassionate, patient, and service-focused mindset
Strong communication skills
Willingness to work rotating weekends and holidays
Excited to relocate and embrace the Northwoods lifestyle
