We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team for ongoing commercial construction projects throughout New York's Capital Region. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong carpentry skills, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and experience supervising small crews.

Monday through Friday

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project layouts

Perform and oversee metal stud framing and general carpentry work

Lead and coordinate a crew of 2–3 carpenters/laborers

Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards

Communicate effectively with project managers and jobsite personnel
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter

Strong blueprint reading and layout skills

Experience with metal stud framing

Ability to lead and motivate a small crew
-
Reliable transportation and willingness to commute up to 30 minutes to jobsites throughout the Capital Region
