Theater district restaurant seeking an EXECUTIVE CHEF. Service-orientated, career-minded individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail are preferred. We are seeking EXPERIENCED kitchen leaders to contribute to the continued success of our restaurants and find a home among a talented team of culinary and service professionals. Must have evening and weekend availability.
We operate a fine dining restaurant that directly services the theater crowd at the world renowned, Playhouse Square. Strong leadership and critical thinking skills are a must.
LOCATED at Playhouse Square in Downtown Cleveland, OH. We offer free, year-round downtown parking and benefits at hire date.

Duties
- scheduling and labor cost management
- weekly food inventory and cost of goods management
- purchasing
- team cultivation, TRAINING, education
- prep lists and scheduling
- equipment maintenance
- budgetary obligations
- food tastings for events
- service and event execution
- 50-55 hours a week
- proper food safety
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
