Position: Customer Service Representative / Shop Hand

Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and hardworking team member to join our shop. This position combines customer service with hands-on shop responsibilities. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, stays organized, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to keep the shop running smoothly.
Responsibilities - Customer Service
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Answer customer service tickets.
- Assist customers with product selection and orders.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent service.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom.
Shop Duties
- Attentive assistance with walk-in customers
- Vehicle check-in and check-out procedures
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory.
- Pull and prepare customer orders.
- Load and unload products safely.
- Keep the warehouse and work areas clean and organized.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking.
- Help with basic equipment operation and general shop maintenance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous retail, warehouse, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- At least a high school diploma
