We are a stablished company on the market, looking for someone to get the data from architectural drawings and input on our company's workbook.
Experience is required.

Please note that this is a job to be done on home-office, and you will not be required to visit any job-sites or come to our office.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing electronic drawings (PDF), specifications, and other documentation.
- Utilize software of your choice to prepare accurate pricing for labor, materials, and other costs.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure alignment on project scope and budget.
- Monitor cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders outlining estimated costs and justifications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials prices, and construction methods to enhance estimating accuracy.
- Keep a good communication with office.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction estimating or a related field is essential.
- Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with cost control processes and techniques.
- Proficient in using estimating software such as Planswift, Procore, Buildee, Stack.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of contract terms and conditions related to construction projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of Office package, especially Excel.
