STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
Utilizing a knowledge of positional skills, customer service and courtesy, health and safety regulations and all Wendy's food safety, security and employee policies and procedures; the crew member position is responsible for providing quality products and service in a clean and safe environment to each and every customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ensure all food orders are prepared, portioned, and served correctly
- Work with your team to help meet service goals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked restaurant
- Operate cash registers according to cash policies and procedures
- Take orders from customers
- Provide quality service to all customers
- Cross train in different stations
- Standing for at least four hours
- Repetitive bending and stooping as necessary
