Colorado River Regional Crisis Services (CRRCS) is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to join our leadership support team as our Finance, Grants, and Administrative Coordinator.
This is more than an accounting position. You'll play a key role in keeping our organization running smoothly by supporting financial operations, grant management, human resources, compliance, and Transitional Housing administration—allowing our advocates to focus on serving survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and other crimes throughout La Paz County.

What You'll Do
As our Finance, Grants, and Administrative Coordinator, you'll help oversee a variety of administrative and financial functions, including:
- Budget tracking and financial recordkeeping
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Grant reimbursement requests and financial reporting
- Payroll administration support
- Human resources administration and onboarding
- Employee training and certification compliance tracking
- Grant compliance and reporting
- Transitional Housing lease administration and rent tracking
- Audit preparation and organizational reporting
- Administrative support for agency leadership

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
Required
- Three or more years of experience in finance, accounting, grant administration, human resources, nonprofit administration, or related fields
- Experience with QuickBooks and Bill.com
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field
- Experience working with grants or grant-funded organizations
- Experience with payroll, compliance, audits, or nonprofit financial administration
- Experience working in nonprofit, housing, or human service organizations

About CRRCS
Colorado River Regional Crisis Services is the primary provider of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking, and victim services in La Paz County. Our programs include emergency shelter, transitional housing, community advocacy, prevention education, crisis intervention, and justice system collaboration.

Minimum Requirements
- Valid Arizona Driver's License or state-issued identification
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Arizona DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform routine office duties
