Position Overview
The Operations Support Technician is a vital member of the AmeriClean team, serving as the backbone of our field operations. This role ensures that our technicians have the supplies, equipment, and resources they need to successfully complete fire, water, mold, air duct, and carpet cleaning projects keeping our crews moving and our customers served.
Key Responsibilities
- Fulfill supply and equipment requests from field technicians in a timely and accurate manner
- Inspect, maintain, and service equipment to ensure it is clean, functional, and job-ready
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment
- Track inventory levels and flag shortages or restocking needs
- Load and unload vehicles with appropriate supplies and equipment for upcoming jobs
- Assist in receiving, cataloging, and storing incoming supplies and materials
- Order supplies and materials as needed to maintain adequate stock levels
- Coordinate with project managers and field staff to anticipate upcoming job needs
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures in the warehouse and yard
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills able to work effectively with field technicians and office staff
- Basic mechanical aptitude; experience with restoration or cleaning equipment is a plus
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Prior warehouse, logistics, or restoration experience is a bonus, but not required we’re willing to train the right person
