Job Title : Agile Coach

Location: Bay Area, CA - Onsite
Responsibilities:
Understand the transformation context, create roadmaps/plan, drive agile transformation at the enterprise level
Should be able drive agility at the Team, Program and Portfolio levels
Will be responsible to transform / transition projects / programs from waterfall to agile
Training stakeholders and team members
Provides input on how teams learn and adopt lean and agile practices and principles
Follow up and move transformation process along
Assist in driving the set-up of Agile Scorecards, Dashboards and configuration of tools
Conduct process assessments, agile adoption roadmaps, establish ideal implementation design, and help customers through the validation, launch, and continuous improvement stages
Configure and coach usage of tools like JIRA / Rally
Provide thought leadership to clients on agile
Willing to travel across locations in the US and work from client premises
Required Skills
A minimum of 15 years in software development, with 4+ years working in agile transformation
SPC certified
LPM, Agile Budgeting
Working as a Transformation coach for enterprise level agile transformation
Working with one or more lean agile methodologies (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Extreme Programming, Kanban)
Including familiarity with one or more of the enterprise/scaling frameworks
Helping learn and adopt agile practices and principles
Knowledge of the software engineering lifecycle
Understanding of continuous integration, continuous deployment, test driven development, service virtualization and all things around it
