Requirements:
- Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and chef specifications

Set up and stock workstations with all necessary ingredients and equipment

Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation standards during service

Work efficiently during high-volume event service

Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation

Reliable and dependable team players

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment

Weekend and evening availability is required

Previous line cook, prep cook, banquet cook, or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
