We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests during their stay.
## Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Utilize phone etiquette when answering calls and taking messages
## Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in hospitality management software is advantageous
