Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Delivery Driver/Counter Sales Trainee to join our team. Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers across designated routes
- Load and unload goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques
- Assist customers at the counter with sales transactions and product inquiries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and route documentation
- Ensure timely delivery of goods while adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations
- Support warehouse operations by organizing inventory and preparing shipments for delivery
- Develop knowledge of route driving, load management, and customer service best practices
- Assist with route planning and navigation to optimize delivery efficiency
Requirements
- Must be 20 or older
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to lift 50lbs unassisted, while moving goods safely and efficiently
- Warehouse experience including use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Familiarity with route driving, load & unload procedures, and safety standards in transportation
- Ability to work independently, follow directions accurately, and maintain a professional attitude during deliveries and sales interactions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
