OCD Cleaning is a locally owned, women-owned company serving the North Houston area for over 18 years. We are growing and looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members to join our team.
Pay & Benefits:
- Paid Training: $14/hr for 5 days ( per job ticket hr )
- After training: Starting at $20/hr ( per job ticket hr )
- Performance-based increases up to $26/hr ( per job ticket hr ) 700-1,000 a week

Position Details:
- Residential and commercial cleaning
- Full-time position available (Part-time considered at 30 hours/week)
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Structured systems and clear expectations
- Previous experience required
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine, deep, and move-out cleanings
- Follow company checklists and quality standards
- Take before/after photos and document notes
- Maintain professionalism in client homes
- Communicate effectively with team and office
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license & current auto insurance
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Work with other team member and indepentenly
