Responsibilities:
- Rig, load, and unload materials using forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment
- Assist in building and organizing pallets and shipments for shipping and receiving
- Maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular counts and reconciliations
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisor and team members to ensure efficient operations
- Perform basic mechanical tasks as needed
Learn to run metal forming equipment
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
- Proficiency in operating forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructions
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
