Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service from seating through farewell
- Take accurate orders via POS (Toast) with clear kitchen communication
- Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance the guest experience
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining presentation standards
- Handle cash, process payments, and manage reservations via OpenTable
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards; bus and reset tables
- Assist with food prep and kitchen support as needed
Skills
- Prior food service experience preferred — we'll train the right person
- Familiarity with POS systems; Toast experience a plus (training provided)
- Food safety and sanitation knowledge
- Excellent multitasking and time management in fast-paced settings
- Skilled at upselling while keeping guest satisfaction front and center
- Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor; hosting/bussing a plus
