Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical supervision and mentorship to counselors across multiple clinic locations.
- Train all new hires and provide continued education to counselors to improve their productivity and performance.
- Uphold and enhance the highest standards of care and treatment quality.
- Conduct chart audits to ensure compliance and excellence in documentation.
- Offer ongoing training, motivation, and guidance to team members.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for staff and patients.
- Develop and enforce healthcare policies and procedures to improve operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Professional: CAC-AD Approved Supervisor, LCSW-C, LCPC-S, or LCADC certification required.
- Experienced Leader: Minimum of 1 year in clinical supervision.
