American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist for a Level 1 Trauma facility in New Orleans, requiring 2+ years of experience, Epic proficiency, and active LSRT certification.

13-week contract in the Cardiac Cath Lab at a Level 1 Trauma academic medical center in New Orleans, LA
-
Day shift schedule, 4x10-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Rotating weekend call required

Rotating holiday coverage required

Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience required

Active ACLS, BLS, and ARRT-R certifications required

Active Louisiana State Radiologic Technology (LSRT) license required if applicable (temporary LSRT accepted — typically issued within 3–5 days after payment and proof of ARRT)

Epic EMR experience required

Level 1 Trauma experience preferred

Supervisor reference dated within the last 12 months required for consideration

Copy of Driver's License required for consideration

Any employment gaps of more than 30 days must be documented and explained

Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel pay rates

Former permanent employees of any LCMC Health facility must have been separated for at least 1 year to be eligible for a travel assignment

RTO is capped at 5 days for the duration of the contract
