Parallel is seeking California-licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide virtual services to K-12 students during the 2026-2027 school year.

Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
- Complete speech-language evaluations and assessments as needed
- Develop and support IEP goals in collaboration with school teams
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service records
- Communicate regularly with families, educators, and other service providers
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to student-centered planning
Qualifications
- Active California SLP license
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- At least 1 year of full-time school-based experience providing IEP-directed therapy and evaluations (post-CFY)
- Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and digital documentation systems

Compensation
This is a 1099 opportunity.
The exact compensation band is based on the provider's primary service delivery state. Compensation for providers delivering services in:
- CA, NY, WA: $62-$64/hour
- IL, IN, MA, OR: $56-$58/hour
- CO, ME, MI: $54-$56/hour
- AL, AR, AZ, GA, KS, KY, MO, MS, NC, OH, OK, PA, SD, TN, TX, VA, WV: $52-$54/hour
