Growth Marketing Manager (Meta Ads + Marketing Automation)
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Full-Time, In Office)
Salary: $100,000/year + Performance Bonus

If you're simply a media buyer, this isn't the job.
We are looking for experience in building marketing machines that produce measurable revenue through paid advertising, HubSpot automation, landing pages, funnels, analytics, and continuous optimization.
This is an in-office position working directly with leadership to build one of the fastest-growing education and private investment brands in the country.
What You'll Own
You will be responsible for our complete digital marketing ecosystem.
That includes:
Paid Advertising
- Build, launch and optimize Meta advertising campaigns
- Create and manage retargeting campaigns
- Develop audience strategies and lookalike audiences
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target CPA
- Test creatives, copy, offers and landing pages
- Continuously improve ROAS
HubSpot Marketing
- Build automated workflows
- Create lead nurturing sequences
- Build email campaigns
- SMS automation
- Lead scoring
- Segmentation
- CRM optimization
- Pipeline automation
- Campaign reporting
Funnels & Landing Pages
- Build high-converting landing pages
- Create complete sales funnels
- Optimize conversion rates
- A/B testing
- Lead magnets
- Webinar funnels
- Event funnels
- Membership funnels
Analytics & Optimization
You'll monitor:
- Cost per lead
- Cost per booked appointment
- Cost per acquisition
- Funnel conversion rates
- Landing page performance
- Email engagement
- Attribution
- Customer journey metrics
- Marketing ROI
