What You'll Do
· This role helps keep company vehicles, equipment, and facilities operating safely and efficiently. You will handle preventative maintenance, basic repairs, troubleshooting, and general operational support to help minimize downtime and keep daily operations running smoothly.
Fleet & Equipment
· Perform preventative maintenance including oil changes, inspections, tire repairs, and basic repairs
· Help keep trucks, trailers, ATVs, and UTVs maintained and ready for daily use
· Track vehicle condition, mileage, and service schedules
· Coordinate larger repairs or specialized service work with outside vendors when needed
· Maintain clean, safe, and reliable company vehicles and equipment
Facilities & Locations
· Assist with general building maintenance and upkeep
· Coordinate contractors for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and repair work as needed
· Help troubleshoot facility issues and complete minor repairs
· Assist with seasonal maintenance and property upkeep
· Help keep locations clean, organized, and operating smoothly
Operations Support
· Support field staff with vehicle or equipment issues as they arise
· Help troubleshoot problems quickly to minimize downtime
· Assist with moving, setup, or installation of equipment when needed
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop/work area
Insurance & Vendor Coordination
· Assist with documenting vehicle or equipment damage when incidents occur
· Help gather repair information and coordinate with vendors or insurance providers when needed
What We're Looking For
· A passion for maintenance, fleet support, ag operations, shop work, or a related field
· Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
· Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
· Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
· Strong communication and follow-through
· Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
· Ability to work in physically active environments
Nice to Have (Not Required)
· ATV, motorcycle, or automotive repair degree
· ATV or vehicle repair experience
· Experience using maintenance tracking or inventory systems
Work Environment
· Mix of indoor shop work and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
· Some local travel between locations may be required
· Regular business hours with occasional after-hours maintenance needs
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
