POSITION SUMMARY RN Home Health
POSITION DUTIES Setting: In-office processing referrals for home health and hospice.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Home health or hospice experience within the last three years, CA license
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Kaiser experience
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK 8:30am-5:00pm, every other weekend
