Cape Asset Management is hiring a Junior Property Manager to support the operations of a growing portfolio of commercial retail shopping centers and grocery-anchored properties.
We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, customer-focused, and eager to grow within the commercial real estate industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in retail property management while working alongside an experienced leadership team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with daily property operations
- Conducting onsite inspections
- Coordinating vendors and maintenance services
- Supporting tenant communications and relationships
- Assisting with budgeting, invoicing, and reporting
- Monitoring property appearance and operational standards
- Helping manage work orders and service requests
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in property management, retail operations, hospitality, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and properties
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Yardi is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
