Job Summary
We are seeking both production line workers and line leaders at offsite manufacturing location (Frayser area). These position are temp to hire with the expectation of good work ethics, punctual and outstanding personality.
Responsibilities
- Leaders must be able to assign daily tasks, train new employees and keep team motivated to meet productions. Workers must be able to inspect products on line and meet production quotas
- Lead must ensure quality assurance protocols while line workers must inspect for defects and perfore regular quality checks on the production line
- Lead must enforce safety compliance, optimize processes to reduce waste
- Line workers must counts, bag, box and label products to prepare them for shipping and distribution.
Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent with 1 year work experience
- Lead must possess strong communication skills, problem solving and team building capabilities
- Physical stamina must be able to stand for long periods of time, walk, bend, kneel, reach and lift at least 10lbs continous
- Soft skills needed are good hand and eye coordination and the ability to thrive in a fast pace environment
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Pay
$15.50 - $19 hourly
1st Shift position 10 hour shift
6:30am - 5:45pm Monday through Thursday
