Job Summary
*Experienced installing household appliances (fridges,stoves,washers and dryer)*** We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver/Customer Service professional to join our team. experience in installing appliances for This role involves delivering products efficiently while providing excellent service to customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial driving, warehouse operations, and possess strong communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience. Candidates should be comfortable handling heavy loads, operating various equipment, and navigating route driving with professionalism and safety.
Duties
- Safely operate box trucks and other delivery vehicles, including installing certain appliances depending on the delivery, to complete scheduled routes
- Load and unload goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques, ensuring proper safety procedures are followed
- Deliver products to customers accurately and on time, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor also being careful during deliver included but not limited to when installing depending on delivery.
- Assist with warehouse organization, including moving inventory and maintaining stock levels
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction during deliveries
- Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, moving items, and operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each route
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with route driving experience involving box trucks or similar vehicles
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driver’s license (CDL) is a plus but not required
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is desirable
- Ability to lift heavy loads safely and efficiently; physical strength required for moving items during deliveries and warehouse tasks
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is preferred
- Prior warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards and schedules

Pay: $850.00 - $1,200.00 per week
