Our advanced cosmetic and restorative dental practice is seeking a talented dental lab technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a candidate that will be able to run our in-house lab which will be serving this practice only. We provide cutting-edge treatments and custom smile transformations, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in producing exceptional, detail-driven work.
What You’ll Do
- Fabricate high-quality crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant restorations.
- Fabricate, characterize and finish printed removable prostheses.
- Design and refine cosmetic cases with an emphasis on natural esthetics
- Perform digital workflow tasks, including CAD/CAM design and 3D printing
- Collaborate closely with the doctor and patients directly to achieve consistently exceptional outcomes
- Maintain organization, quality control, and efficient case flow within the lab
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a dental lab setting (cosmetic focus preferred)
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy and smile design
- Proficiency in digital dentistry systems (3d printing and finishing hybrid and removable, digital nesting and inventory maintenance)
- Exocad experience required
- Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- A passion for esthetics and delivering beautiful results
