We’re a small, driver-first carrier running regional freight within about 300 miles of Philadelphia. We’ve been at this since 2009, and we run it the way drivers wish more companies did: no micromanagement, straight answers, and dispatch that actually picks up the phone. You’ll be a name here, not a truck number.
The freight — year-round work, honest variety
Our mix shifts with the seasons, which keeps you busy twelve months a year instead of sitting when one market slows down:
- Warmer months: flatbed and open deck
- Colder months: LPG tanker — propane and butane
That’s why we require both hazmat and tanker endorsements. If you’ve got the endorsements but limited tanker miles, we’ll train the right person the right way.
The pay — actually transparent
You earn 30% of retained revenue on your loads. That runs roughly $1,400–$3,000 per week depending on the season, the freight, and how you run. Paid weekly by direct deposit. When revenue is strong, your check reflects it — that’s the whole point of a percentage.
Home time
This is a home-most-nights job. Depending on customer needs you’ll occasionally be out one or two nights, but there’s no long OTR grind here. If you want to be home for dinner most of the time, this is built for that.

What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years driving experience
- Hazmat and tanker endorsements (required)
- Solid — not necessarily spotless — driving record
- Someone responsible who takes ownership of the load, the equipment, and the customer relationship
- Tanker experience is a plus; we’ll train the right candidate
