Job Description
Ensuring vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guests while providing exceptional customer service throughout each rental.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle pickups and drop-offs with guests.
- Clean, detail, and inspect vehicles before and after each trip.
- Photograph vehicles and document their condition according to Turo standards.
- Monitor vehicle locations and schedules to ensure on-time availability..
- Perform routine vehicle checks, including fuel/charge levels, tire pressure, fluid levels, and cleanliness.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Transport vehicles between service locations, airports, storage facilities, and guest pickup locations.
- Track mileage, maintenance records, and expenses.
- Install or troubleshoot vehicle accessories such as lockboxes, GPS devices, or remote access systems.
- Report damage, incidents, or maintenance concerns promptly.
- Help optimize vehicle availability and turnover between reservations.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience with automotive detailing.Bottom of Form
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
- Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Smartphone proficiency and comfort using apps for scheduling and communication.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with automotive detailing.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
