Marketing & Brand Growth Specialist (Full-Time, In-Office)

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, driven, and self-motivated Marketing & Brand Growth Specialist to help build and grow emerging brands. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating, problem-solving, and making a measurable impact from the ground up.
You’ll be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing digital platforms, creating engaging content, improving websites, and helping bring new ideas and products to market. The projects you’ll work on may evolve over time, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety and is excited to grow alongside the company.
Responsibilities
-Manage and grow social media accounts across multiple platforms
-Plan, create, and publish engaging photo and video content
-Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
-Refresh and improve company websites for both design and user experience
-Write website copy, social media posts, blogs, and email marketing content
-Build and maintain content calendars
-Monitor analytics and optimize marketing performance
-Research industry trends and identify new growth opportunities
-Help develop branding, messaging, and marketing strategies for new and existing projects
-Collaborate with leadership to bring ideas to life and support the growth of multiple brands
Qualifications
-Experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, branding, or a related field is preferred but not required
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Creative thinker with an eye for branding and design
-Comfortable creating content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
-Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar programs is a plus
-Experience editing websites (Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.) is helpful
-Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects at once
-Self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys learning new skills
