Project Manager / Estimator – General Contracting
We’re growing and looking for a motivated, organized Project Manager / Estimator to join our team!
If you’re someone who enjoys managing construction projects from start to finish, building strong relationships, and delivering quality work, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities include:
-Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates
-Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
-Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
-Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through completion
-Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and material deliveries
-Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and field personnel
-Track project budgets, change orders, and job costs
-Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
