Studio Manager — Launch and Lead iFlex Stretch Studios (East Cobb)
iFlex Stretch Studios is bringing a premium one-on-one assisted stretching experience to East Cobb, and we're looking for an ambitious, sales-driven Studio Manager to help launch and grow our first location.

About the Role
- 70–80% focused on membership sales, community outreach, networking, and lead generation
- 20–30% focused on studio operations, team leadership, and delivering an exceptional client experience
- Build relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, fitness professionals, and the East Cobb community
- Convert prospects into long-term members through consultative sales
- Recruit, coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
- Manage daily studio operations, scheduling, KPIs, CRM, and membership performance
- Maintain a welcoming, professional, and premium studio environment
- Represent the iFlex brand with professionalism, energy, and integrity
You'll Succeed Here If You
- Have 2+ years of sales, leadership, or studio management experience
- Enjoy networking and building lasting relationships
- Are confident presenting and closing membership sales
- Lead by example and inspire those around you
- Thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
- Are organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Have experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, healthcare, retail, or another customer-focused industry (preferred but not required)
