Job Summary
KTD Professional Cleaning LLC is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing cleaning team throughout the Hampton Roads area.
This is an on-call/as-needed position ideal for individuals looking for flexible, supplemental work. Assignments are offered based on residential appointments, short-term rental turnovers, commercial accounts, RV turnovers, call-outs, and overall business demand.
Weekly hours are not guaranteed.
Pay
$16.00 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Perform residential house cleaning, including recurring, deep-cleaning, and move-in/move-out services
- Complete Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers
- Clean commercial and office spaces
- Complete RV turnovers
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, disinfect, and remove trash
- Make beds and change linens when required
- Restock supplies according to property-specific requirements
- Follow KTD cleaning standards, checklists, and client instructions
- Take completion photos when required
- Report damages, missing items, maintenance concerns, or unusual conditions
- Work independently or alongside other KTD team members
- Maintain professional and respectful conduct while inside clients’ homes and properties
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable transportation to travel to assignments throughout the Hampton Roads area
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written instructions and cleaning checklists
- Reliable phone and communication
- Ability to work independently after training
- Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting cleaning supplies and equipment
- Professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate
Schedule
Assignments may be offered in advance or occasionally on short notice. Team members may accept assignments based on their availability; however, once an assignment is accepted, timely arrival and dependable attendance are expected.
This is an on-call position with no guaranteed minimum number of hours per week.
Daytime and weekend availability is especially helpful.
