Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering a high volume of incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.

Greet and assist walk-in customers, addressing inquiries and processing payments.

Process customer orders, schedule deliveries, and coordinate service requests.

Provide product and service information while troubleshooting customer concerns.

Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed.

Communicate with drivers and service technicians, creating work orders to ensure timely service and deliveries.

Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and assist with account management.

Perform general receptionist duties, such as managing mail, filing documents, and assisting with office administrative tasks.

Support other departments as needed to ensure seamless customer service.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills:

Previous customer service or receptionist experience, preferably in the propane, contracting, fuel, or energy industry.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

Proficiency in computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Physical Requirements:
