DELI MANAGER
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Deli Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-volume supermarket deli. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of supermarket deli management experience and possess strong leadership, merchandising, food safety, and customer service skills. This individual will be responsible for managing all deli operations, including prepared foods, fresh deli salads, bakery merchandising, employee development, inventory control, scheduling, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the deli, prepared foods, and bakery departments.
- Ensure all fresh deli salads, prepared meals, cheeses, meats, bakery products, and grab-and-go items are fully stocked, fresh, and attractively merchandised.
