We’re looking for a Regional Employment Services Advisor who is passionate about helping others succeed, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a dynamic, community-based role. This position will commute throughout the communities in Pennington, Polk and Marshall counties of Northern MN.
What You'll Do
- Manage a multi-site caseload using person-centered practices
- Develop employment plans and provide job coaching and support
- Assist individuals with job search, placement, and retention
- Build relationships with local employers and community partners
- Recruit, train, and support Employment Support Specialists
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with program standards

What You Bring
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary preferred)
- Team leadership or supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
- Successful completion of MN DHS Background Study
Preferred:
- Experience in human services, vocational rehabilitation, or related field
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or employment barriers
- Knowledge of job development or competitive employment environments

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
