Job Title: Bartender
Location: Nori Nite – Alachua, FL
Job Description:
Nori Nite is a modern sushi, Asian fusion, and bar concept opening in Alachua, and we are looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking bartenders to join our opening team.
We are looking for someone who can create a welcoming guest experience, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and prepare beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages with consistency and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide excellent customer service to bar guests and dining room guests
- Maintain knowledge of cocktail, beer, wine, and menu offerings
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized
- Check IDs and follow all alcohol service laws and company policies
- Handle payments accurately and responsibly
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties
- Work as part of a team to maintain smooth service
Qualifications:
- Bartending experience preferred
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
- Must meet all legal requirements for alcohol service in Florida
