What You’ll Do
Apply fertilizer and weed control treatments to lawns

Treat trees and shrubs for insects and disease

Operate ride-on spreaders and spray equipment

Work independently on a daily route

Deliver professional, friendly customer service

Learn safe pesticide handling and application

After training, you’ll manage your own service route.
No Experience? No Problem.

What We’re Looking For
Valid driver’s license with clean record

Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and rain

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Willingness to learn

Pay & Benefits
$20–$24 per hour (based on performance and licensing)
