Accounts Receivable Supervisor
Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid Options)
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 base + Bonus + OT

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Supervisor:

Lead daily A/R and collections activities to reduce delinquent balances and improve cash flow.

Monitor aging reports, prioritize collection strategies, and manage escalations for high-risk accounts.

Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice disputes, payment delays, and account issues.

Support collaboration across Billing, Cash Applications, Project Management, and Operations teams.

Coach, mentor, and provide day-to-day guidance to Accounts Receivable team members.

Identify process improvement opportunities and support reporting, KPI tracking, and standardization efforts.
Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Supervisor:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Similar

5+ years of Accounts Receivable, Collections, Order-to-Cash, or Shared Services experience.

2+ years of leadership experience within Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Shared Services.

Strong expertise in A/R Aging, Collections, Account Reconciliations, and Dispute Resolution.

Advanced Excel skills, including Formulas, VLookup/XLookup, and Pivot Tables.
