Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to all guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders and deliver items promptly to tables
- Sell daily specials and menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and bar area
- Accurately handle payments and operate cash handling procedures
- Follow all food safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare and serve drinks while following established cocktail recipes
- Stock and maintain the bar area to ensure smooth operations
