Velour Coast Logistics, LLC is hiring cargo van delivery drivers for Peak Season 2026 (October 12 – December 24) on dedicated final-mile routes in the areas of Albany, Alpharetta, Americus, Athens, Augusta, Austell, Blairsville, Brunswick, Cedartown, Commerce, Covington, Dalton, Dawsonville, Douglas, Douglasville, Dublin, East Ellijay, Evans, Fort Oglethorpe, Griffin, Hartwell, Hinesville, Hiram, Jasper, LaGrange, Locust Grove, Marietta, Milledgeville, Monroe, Peachtree City, Perry, Rockmart, Savannah, Snellville, Thomson, Tifton, Toccoa (Eastanollee), Vidalia, Warner Robins, Waycross, Winder, and Woodstock..
MUST HAVE A CARGO VAN OR SPRINTER VAN
Must have a reliable backup driver available, since this is a 7-day-a-week dedicated route with no built-in days off
Schedule:
- Arrival: 1:30 PM (for photo/vehicle check-in)
- Loadout: 2:00 PM
- Routes run up to 10 hours — all packages must be delivered the same night; the route ends once all deliveries are complete
Compensation is route-based, not hourly. Once all assigned packages have been successfully delivered and route requirements are completed, your workday is finished.
Schedule & Route Information
- Dedicated routes operate 7 days per week
- Drivers must be available at the designated pickup location by approximately 1:30 PM
- Routes generally begin around 2:00 PM
- Routes may take up to approximately 10.5 hours
- Well-organized drivers frequently complete routes sooner
- All packages assigned for the day must be successfully attempted/completed according to route requirements
- No package rollovers to the following day
- Consistent attendance and reliable route coverage are required
Vehicle Requirements
You must have access to a qualifying cargo van or high-roof cargo/Sprinter-style van capable of safely transporting the assigned package volume.
The vehicle must be:
- Reliable and in good operating condition
- Properly registered
- Properly insured for the required commercial use
- Large enough to safely accommodate the assigned delivery load
Vehicle photos may be required during onboarding.
Driver Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be dependable and professional
- Have a valid driver's license
- Meet applicable background and driving-record requirements
- Have a smartphone with reliable data service
- Be comfortable using a delivery/scanning application
- Be able to safely lift and handle packages weighing up to approximately 50 lbs
- Maintain reliable communication during scheduled routes
- Follow delivery and proof-of-delivery procedures
- Be able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Have a qualified backup driver
- Successfully complete all required onboarding before beginning a route
What We're Looking For
This opportunity is best suited for someone who understands that a dedicated route requires consistency and accountability. We are looking for contractors who show up as scheduled, communicate when an issue occurs, stay organized, and take responsibility for completing their assigned route.
Organization is extremely important. Properly sorting and loading your packages before beginning deliveries can significantly improve your route completion time.

1099 Independent Contractor Position – This is not a W-2 employment position.
Pay: $265.00 - $285.00 per day
