Office Assistant
Duties:
- Perform receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the office, including filing documents.
- Assist with order entry and inventory management.
- Coordinate projects and tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
