Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable, versatile, and highly motivated Medium-Heavy Duty Mobile Truck Technician. In this role, you will operate independently in the field while remaining a vital part of our collaborative team. Because our clients manage diverse fleets, you will work on various makes and models of trucks, trailers and equipment, adapting to changing demands and delivering premium-quality service directly to the customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnostics & Repair: Perform advanced electrical, mechanical, and computer diagnostics to deliver premium-quality, accurate repairs.
- Preventative Maintenance: Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance inspections and services to maximize fleet uptime and keep client vehicles in top operating condition.
- Field Adaptability: Adapt quickly to changing client demands, managing on-site workflows professionally and efficiently.
- Documentation: Collaborate with service advisors to produce clear, accurate documentation of diagnoses and completed work orders.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Technical Expertise: Strong diagnostic and repair abilities across multiple truck makes and models.
- Equipment & Tools: Ownership of personal tools required for light-medium-heavy duty repair.
- Driving Record: A valid driver's license and a clean, insurable driving record are strictly required for this mobile position.
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated individual capable of working efficiently both independently in the field and alongside a supportive team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
