Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Graphic Design Support professional to join our creative team. In this role, you will assist in developing functional and compelling visual sign designs, ensuring brand consistency, consistent buildability and high-quality design execution. Your energetic approach and technical proficiency will contribute to elevating our sales and marketing campaigns and concepts, and print materials. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design and sales team to create a veriety of different engaging signs and sign concepts. The Designs will support a full array of design products from pylon and monument concepts to storefront signs to 3D lettering and printed graphics.
- Support art direction by assisting in conceptualizing visual themes for campaigns and projects
- Prepare design files for print prouction and fabrication, ensuring color accuracy, layout precision, and file integrity for various media
- Design logos, icons, typography layouts, and other visual elements using industry-standard graphic design software
- Assist in photo editing, photo manipulation, and digital art creation to support marketing initiatives and branding efforts
Skills
- Proficiency in graphic design software
- Strong understanding of art direction principles, branding strategies, typography design for media, color theory, and color management
- Ability to produce high-quality digital art, illustrations, layout designs for print advertising and signage manufacturing
- Skilled in photo editing, photo manipulation, content management systems like WordPress, and digital design workflows
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively across teams
- Technical proficiency in production design processes including prepress preparation for print materials and print production workflows
- Understanding of materials and substrates in the fabrication process
- Ability to estimate production and fabrication of design concepts would be an asset in this position.
