Duties
- Create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions
- Design to a recipe and photograph
- Assist walk-in customers in selecting flowers that meet their needs and preferences
- Maintain the floral display area through proper merchandising, stocking, and organization
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, handle cash and card payments accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about floral design options and store products
- Manage inventory levels of flowers and supplies; restock cooler as needed
- Support floral processing efforts when needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in floral design preferred
- Knowledge of flower identification and care practices
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
