Position Overview
The Landscape Foreman is responsible for leading a field crew while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a 2–4 person landscape crew
- Manage daily route schedules and productivity
- Ensure quality standards are maintained on every property
- Communicate effectively with Account Managers and leadership
- Train, coach, and develop crew members
- Maintain company vehicles, trailers, and equipment
- Complete daily documentation, photos, and job notes
- Identify property concerns and communicate solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism
You are the leader responsible for the success of your route and crew.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional landscaping experience
- 1+ year of crew leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of mowing, edging, pruning, irrigation basics, and plant health
- Ability to safely operate landscape equipment and trucks/trailers
- Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather conditions
