Garden Center Assistant Manager
Are you passionate about plants, people, and retail leadership? Meadows Farms Nurseries is looking for an experienced Garden Center Assistant Manager to help lead one of our retail nursery locations.
Please note: Previous garden center, nursery, greenhouse, landscaping, horticulture, or retail management experience is required for this position. Candidates without relevant industry experience will not be considered.

What You'll Do
- Assist in overseeing daily nursery operations
- Lead, train, and develop team members
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory and maintain product quality standards
- Receive, unload, and organize deliveries
- Create attractive merchandising displays throughout the nursery
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with fellow managers to drive sales and achieve company goals
- Stay informed on industry trends, products, and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Previous garden center, nursery, greenhouse, landscaping, horticulture, or retail management experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift, carry, and move products as part of daily responsibilities

Pay: $17.75 - $23.00 per hour
