About the Role
As a Sales Associate at our Hilton Head Factory Stores II location, you'll drive sales, deliver premium customer service, and help maintain high merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail setting. You will serve as a daily ambassador for the Johnston & Murphy brand, consistently exceeding personal sales goals while creating a welcoming, world-class store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Service: Deliver world-class customer service, utilize J&M sales tools to maximize results, and consistently meet or exceed personal sales metrics.
- Store Operations: Assist in protecting company assets through accurate inventory and cash management.
- Merchandising: Maintain premium store appearance by executing visual guidelines and window changes.
- Team & Communication: Build productive relationships with your store team, assist in team training programs, and communicate effectively to report trends or issues to management.

What You Bring (Requirements)
- Experience: Retail sales experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule conducive to the retail industry.
- Physical Demands: Ability to safely lift at least 40 lbs, climb ladders, stand for long periods, walk, reach, stoop, and operate store controls.
